VIP Red Carpet Rewards Enrollment

Enrolling into our VIP Red Carpet Rewards Program is easy and will take just a few minutes of your time. It is important that you fully complete this enrollment form otherwise you will not be able to activate you VIP card. If your card is lost or stolen, we will need your address and phone number to verify ownership and to send you a replacement card. To provide you with your PASSWORD for access as a Priority Member onto our iMarket HUB website we will need your valid E-mail address and your VIP Red Carpet Rewards card number ( located on the back side of your card ). Rest assured that the information you send us will be encrypted and safe and we will not provide your information to anyone else. Please allow 48 hours for enrollment verification. Once your enrollment is verified you will receive your user name and password for future access.
